EkoKat^® is produced solely through processing clean, recycled scrap paper generated by the manufacturing of other paper products. "Clean" means that it does not contain lead and other chemicals usually associated with printing. The paper is then washed and dried before going through a process in which only natural ingredient are added to transform it into a granular texture that is soft and pleasant to the touch.
